BRIO Lekoseum – or directly translated to English; BRIO Playoseum, it is just that – a toy museum where the visitors are allowed to play. We have everything from a play house and rail way systems to traditional game boards and even computer games.
If you feel too old to play, you can take a tour through the toy history of BRIO.
Experience toys that are over a hundred years old, see doll houses from past generations and of course the display of BRIO’s classic wooden toys - as well as the corporate history of the company.
BRIO has been the distributor of the German brand “Märklin”, in Scandinavia since 1938 and “Lekoseum” has a great collection of model railway systems. You can even have a go at driving an electric model train yourself.
Or make a visit to the Barbie room where we have a world exclusive exhibition of a collection from the 1960’s. We also have Barbies from the 70’s, 80’, 90’s and all the new generations.
It might only be Christmas once a year, but at “Lekoseum” Father Christmas is active all year round, and you can make a visit to his workshop. He actually uses tools and machines that were once used in BRIO’s old factories.
If you need a rest or something to eat our café is open for business. As is our BRIO toy shop.
Almost one and a half million people have visited BRIO Lekoseum since the start in 1984. Why don’t you pay us a visit as well!
